Terms of service
This page is a working draft. Final terms will be reviewed by counsel before launch and cover: subscription terms, SLA (uptime + answer-rate guarantees), data ownership, integration responsibilities, indemnification, and dispute resolution.
Subscription & billing
Hi Agent is a monthly subscription billed in advance. Cancellation effective at the end of the current billing cycle. First 30 days are full-refund eligible.
Service level
Hi Agent targets 99.95% availability. Live answer-rate target: 100% of calls picked up within 3 rings. Incident credits apply if monthly availability falls below 99.5%.
Data ownership
All call data, transcripts, recordings and customer information remain the property of the contracting business. Hi Agent acts as a data processor.
Acceptable use
Hi Agent is for inbound call handling for legitimate home-improvement services. Outbound dialing, TCPA-restricted use, robocalling, or use in regulated verticals (healthcare, legal) without our written consent are prohibited.
